Leslie Rudolph is Ballast's Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. Leslie is responsible for the overall operations of the company and is instrumental in the vision and strategy for Ballast. She brings more than 20 years of technology services experience to the company and is passionate about Ballast's mission to innovate, optimize, stabilize, and secure customer IT environments. Throughout her career, Leslie's experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Before founding Ballast Services, Leslie was the Senior Vice President of Vology Inc. As a long-standing leader and innovator, Leslie was responsible for operating Vology's robust, nationwide, world-class field services organization that provides 24/7/365 support to the company’s valued channel partners and clients. In addition to field services, Leslie also led many other business services including bid management, project management, service transition and on-boarding, warehouse, and logistics functions.
Leslie has extensive knowledge and experience in operations and field service logistics management, with a vast background in the technology industry. Leslie was a key leader in the planning and execution of Vital's acquisition by Vology in 2015. Before the acquisition, Leslie served as Vice President of Field Service Operations at Vital Network Services. At VItal, Leslie also held a variety of other leadership positions, including Director of Sales Operations and Director of Service Delivery. Before Vital, Leslie worked at both Techforce and Equant, as Manager of Service Planning and Logistics, where she focused on the inventory planning and full life-cycle management of critical parts supply across the U.S. and Canada.
Leslie is a Tampa, Florida native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Leslie currently sits on the Technology Services Industry Association (“TSIA”) Technology Services Advisory Board.
